Do you ever feel like there’s not enough time in the day? Overwhelmed by what you need to get done? Wish you had more structure to your day? Time management can be particularly difficult following brain injury. This workshop offers practical strategies to help you better manage your time.

Stress Management

This workshop will discuss the nature of stress and introduce strategies for preventing and managing stress in your day to day life. There will be emphasis on practicing strategies in-class and in your own time. Be prepared to leave feeling de-stressed!

Personal Wellness

You will hear from guest speakers in this workshop series on personal life management. These workshops promote healthy living for brain injury survivors. April’s guest speakers will present on budgeting on a low income, nutrition, and Tai-Chi for promoting physical and mental health.
